Ok so it is pretty much established that we don't have any "Real" Autism Centre's in Pune as of yet but as a parent of an Autistic child the obvious question is WHY? (This is true of most other cities in India as well.)
Your ideas on this question are welcome.

I can see where you're coming from. I run an NGO. www.ekansh.org is our website.
We've done a few workshops on sign language and I read online that sign might help bring Autistic children out of their shells...to an extent.
